Software Architect

Job description:

Located in Switzerland and Romania, qodery is a prime IT solutions and software service provider dedicated to empowering SMEs in digitalization and innovation.
In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Software Architect.

As part of your mission, you will:
– Collaborate with other team members to determine necessary requirements for new software or existing client’s applications
– Develop high-level product specifications
– Define all aspects of development circle, from technology, workflow, to coding standards
– Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers (if necessary)
– Ensure software meets all quality and security standards

What we are looking for

• Technical background
  – Proven experience as software architect
  – Experience in software development and coding in various languages
  – Excellent software quality assurance principles
  -Technical mindset and great attention to details

• Personal qualities
  – Outstanding communication skills
  – Team player & result oriented
  – Advanced English skills, any other European language is a plus
  – Good sense of humour is a strong plus
